Gilbert Fire & Medical Arizona Train The Trainer Program

Insight Training will be providing our custom 32-hour train the trainer thermal imaging program for several departments under the host organization of Gilbert Fire & Medical. The following departments will be participating in this intensive training course:

* Gilbert Fire & Medical
* Florence Fire Department
* Glendale Fire Department
* Phoenix Fire Department
* Salt River Fire Department
* Mesa Fire Department
* Queen Creek Fire Department

This program consists of four days that are divided into 1/2 day of lecture and 1/2 day of live fire thermal imaging training. The sequence of the course is as follows:

Day 1: Introduction to Tactical Thermal Imaging.
Day 2: Size-Up and Go/No-Go Decision Making.
Day 3: Enhanced Search Methodology and Enhanced Stream Placement.
Day 4: Final Tests and Implementation Procedures.

This program is our most popular and the most involved of all of our programs. The host organization receives complete access to our complete library of resources, an instructor manual in PDF format, a 300 gigabyte google drive folder, and more.

This program will be offered from 2/26/2024 through 2/29/2024 with five of Insight Training Instructors. The class size is limited to maintain a 5:1 student to instructor ratio.
